StagingLens launches virtual staging software for real-estate photographers
Nona Video LLC's first product runs on Windows and Apple Silicon Mac and uses the photographer's own OpenAI API key.
ORLANDO, Fla. Nona Video LLC has launched StagingLens, desktop virtual staging software built for real-estate photographers, by a real-estate photographer. StagingLens is available now at staginglens.com for Windows and Apple Silicon Mac, with a 30-day free trial for every new subscription.
With StagingLens, photographers pick the room and style, stage a whole listing, and review each result against the original photo before approving it. The product's tagline is "Staged, not changed."
Key features
- Batch staging for whole listings. Stage a listing's photos together, then review and approve each result.
- Lightroom Classic plug-in included. Approved images return to the originating Lightroom Classic catalog in a "StagingLens Results" collection. The cloud-based Lightroom app is not supported.
- Multi-angle staging (Beta). Stage up to four views of one room: a primary design plus up to three additional views. It does not guarantee a geometrically consistent 3D reconstruction, and furniture may change between views.
- The photographer's own OpenAI API key. Image costs are billed by OpenAI to the user's own account at OpenAI's rates, with no markup from StagingLens. ChatGPT subscriptions, including Plus and Pro, don't include API credits.
Pricing and availability
- 30-day free trial for every new subscription.
- Founding Member pricing: $5/month or $50/year, locked in for as long as the subscription stays active. The offer ends December 31, 2026, and is limited to 30 members per plan.
- Regular pricing for new subscriptions after the offer ends: $9/month or $90/year.
- Unlimited staging on the user's own OpenAI key; API usage is billed separately by OpenAI.
System requirements
- Windows 11, version 24H2 or later, on 64-bit x64 processors. A native Windows on ARM download is not currently available.
- Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer) with macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Intel Macs are not supported.
