Refund Policy
The short version: Try StagingLens free for 14 days. If you're charged and it isn't working for you, ask within 14 days of that charge for a full refund.
Free trial
Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Monthly plans
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund. Later monthly renewals aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you'll keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Annual plans
Contact us within 30 days of your annual charge, including renewals, for a full refund. After 30 days, annual plans aren't refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of your paid year.
OpenAI charges
Image generation is billed to your own OpenAI account by OpenAI, so we can't refund those charges. You can set a monthly spending limit in your OpenAI account.
How to request a refund
Use the contact form and choose "Refund request," or reply to your receipt email. Use the email address from checkout and include your order number from your receipt. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, and your subscription ends when the refund is processed.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated sign-ups to obtain refunds. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law. As our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds at its discretion.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel through the customer portal link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't delete the App or your staged images.
